- Return Period: You may return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging with all tags and documentation intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products, items purchased on final sale or discount, and items that are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
1.2 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please email us at craftbyflory@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return with pictures attached.
- Return Authorization: We will review your concerns and provide you with instructions on how to return your product.
1.3 Refunds and Exchanges
- Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly offer a replacement or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
- Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been processed. Please contact us promptly to request a cancellation.
1.4 Return Shipping
- Return Costs: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a reliable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without a trackable method.
SECTION 2 – SHIPPING POLICY
2.1 Order Processing Time
- Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Confirmation: Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
2.2 Local Shipping (Within Ghana)
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is within 3-5 business days, depending on your location and local postal service conditions.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
2.3 International Shipping
- Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days. Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and destination.
- Customs and Duties: International customers may be responsible for additional customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their local authorities.
2.4 No Tracking Service
Please note that we do not offer tracking services for shipments. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, but no tracking number will be provided. We recommend keeping your order confirmation email for reference.
